Slow Smoked, Braised Beef Ribs

Beef ribs are great with just simple rub and a slow cook in the smoke. But add braising these bad boys in a beef stock and red wine marinade and your ribs become next level!

To break the process down:

  • We rub the ribs

  • Smoke them for about 3-4 hours until the bark has set

  • Braise the ribs in a mixture of red wine, beef stock, onion & pepper (reserving this for a smokey gravy when serving)

In this video we break down the process, w also utilise the Low and Slow BBQ App - to help with basic planning timings and reminders.

These always come out awesome, so would love to know your thoughts on this- let me know in the comments of the YouTube page.
